Applications For 'Skokie Merchant of the Year Award' Available Now

The Skokie Consumers Affairs Commission has released the Merchant of the Year ballots. The ballot application is available at www.skokie.org and in the March edition of NewSkokie. 

Nominations are due April 8, 2011.

Residents are encouraged to vote for an outstanding store, service or business in Skokie. The Consumer Affairs Commission will recognize a business that has distinguished itself to consumers. The Merchant of the Year plaque will be awarded to the business receiving the highest number of votes at a Village Board meeting in May. The two merchants receiving the next highest number of votes also will be honored.
