Career Transitions Fair a Great Success!
Job hunters and career changers converged on Skokie Library to take advantage of the dynamic presentations and helpful resources offered at the Career Transitions Fair.
Sponsored by the North Suburban Business Development Foundation whose mission is to provide educational programs that enhance skill development and benefit the community, the fair offered practice interviews, job search tips, and access to a range of area and online resources.
Shown above is Catherine Johns of the Chicago Hypnosis Center demonstrating the impact of body language when interviewing for a position or meeting a potential employer. Ms Johns talked to individuals at her booth after giving a powerful presentation earlier in the day.
