Leo, the love of my life!

Has there ever been something in your life that you always wished to have? In my case, I always wished to have a dog. Whenever I saw a dog I would go and pet it and would not leave the dog alone. My sister wanted a dog as well, but my parents thought it was a bad idea because having a dog has a lot of responsibilities.
One day, my sister and I were looking online for dogs and found this owner who had six puppies and was selling them. My sister and I really wanted to go see them, so my brother came with us, but my parents weren't happy about us going. We finally got there really late and got to see all the puppies. There was this dog that was black and white named Leo and I fell in love with him. When we went to pick him up he was so scared and went under the swing, so we finally picked him up and took him home. When we got home it was 1:30 am and in the morning when my parents saw him, they didn't really say anything, but my mom was scared of it. Leo kept hidding under the table and would not eat anything, so it took like a month for him to get used to us and our home. Leo was 6 months when we got him, but now he's 3 years old, and he is a Shih Zue.
Even though we went through a lot of trouble to get him, it was worth it because he means so much to us. At first my mom was scared of it, but now she loves him. He has filled our house with joy and I don't know what I would of done without him. Since my sister has moved, I'm not that lonley because Leo's with me. He is such a good dog; he always listens to us, loves us, and is always there to make you laugh with his tongue sticking out. I hope nothing ever happens to him because he means the world to me, he's like my baby. Topics
